ADOPTION PROCESS
At this time, United Paws only works with kitten and cat adoptions. To qualify to adopt through United Paws, please be aware of the following requirements:
** Be at least 21 years or older in order to adopt
** Agree that adopted kittens & cats must be kept as indoor only, unless otherwise specified by United Paws.
** Your current pets must be up to date on vaccinations & must be spayed/neutered. This will be verified by the United Paws’ Adoption Coordinator who will be checking your adoption application. Current vet records are also acceptable for verification.
** If you rent, we will need landlord/lady information or a copy of your lease agreement available for verifying that pets are allowed.
** Please inform your references that United Paws Adoption Coordinator will be calling. This will help expedite the adoption process.
ADOPTION FEES
Adoption fees help reimburse a portion of the costs of foster and medical care, including the cost of spay / neuter surgery. Our adoption fees range from $100 to $125 depending upon age and sex of the adopted pet. Our Adoption Coordinator can provide you with further information once we receive your completed Adoption Application below.
